Absences
Objective
The Detail tab in the Absences function is used to consult the student's detailed absences.

The other tabs are:
- Reason
- Day-week
- Month
- Term
- Interventions
Filter
The following criteria can be used to filter the student's absences:
Absences Selection of the absences depending on the type of reason. The pulldown menu offers the following choices:

- "All" (default)
- Without reason
- Justified
- Not justified
(includes the "Without reason")
- Justified and not justified
(includes the "Without reason)
- Lates
Since Selection of absences since a specific date. If the date is left blank (default), all the absences since the start of the year are displayed.
Subject Selection of the absences concerning a specific subject in the student's record. The pulldown menu presents the subject-sections (code and description) in the student's record, in order of subject-section code ("All" by default).

This criterion is only available if the student's timetable indicates that the absences are managed in accordance with the timetable.
Data
The absences are displayed in the following order:

- Date of the absence (decreasing)
- Period (increasing)

When the student's timetable indicates that the absences are managed in accordance with the timetable, the following information is displayed for each of the absences:

-  Date of the absence
Day
Day-cycle
Period
-  Subject
Description of subject
Reason
-  Type of absence
Teacher
Intervention
Date of intervention
-  Comment

When the student's timetable does not indicate that the absences are managed in accordance with the timetable, the following information is displayed for each of the absences:

-  Date of absence
-  Day
-  Period
-  Reason
-  Type of absence
-  Intervention
-  Date of intervention
-  Comment

The icon accompanying the Comment field displays the Extended editing screen to consult the text of the comment concerning the absence in a greater space.

If an alert concerning the number of new absences exists for the student, the reason is displayed in the colour of the alert for each of the new absences corresponding to this alert.

If an alert concerning the number of new lates exists for the student, the reason is displayed in the colour of the alert for each of the new lates corresponding to this alert.
Actions
Filter the absences The command accompanying the filter criteria brings up on screen the absences that correspond to the values indicated.
