Absences by month
Objective
Data
For each month (August to June), there are the following counters:
Number of justified absences	Number of absences associated to reasons of type Justified, for the month.
Number of unjustified absences	Number of absences without reason or associated to reasons of type Not justified, for the month.
Number of absences	Number of absences without reason or associated to reasons of type Justified or Not justified, for the month. If an alert exists for the number of absences by month for the student and the month, the number of absences for the month is displayed in the alert colour.
Percentage for the month	Percentage of absences for the month. This is the proportion between the Number of absences previously calculated and the total number of teaching periods in the timetable for the month.   If an alert exists concerning the percentage of absences by month for the student and the month, the percentage for the month is displayed in the alert colour.
Percentage of absences	Percentage indicating the proportion of the student's absences for the month.
Number of lates	Number of absences associated to reasons of type Lates, for the month. If an alert exists for the number of lates by month for the student and the month, the number of lates for the month is displayed in the alert colour.
The column on the right provides the following totals:
Total number of justified absences	Total number of absences associated to reasons of type Justified.
Total number of unjustified absences	Total number of absences without reason or associated to reasons of type Not justified.
Total number of absences	Total number of absences without reason or associated to reasons of type Justified or Not justified. If an alert exists concerning the total number of absences for the student, the total number of absences is displayed in the alert colour.
Total percentage of absences	Absence percentage for the year. This is the proportion between the Total number of absences previously calculated and the total number of teaching periods in the school calendar. If an alert exists concerning the total absence percentage for the student, the total percentage of absences is displayed in the alert colour.
Total number of lates	Total number of absences associated to reasons of type Lates. If an alert exists concerning the total number of lates for the student, the total number of lates is displayed in the alert colour.
When an asterisk (*) appears to the right of a value highlighted by an alert, it means that the current value of the data displayed no longer corresponds to the value examined at the time of the alert detection. It could thus be that the alert colour displayed is no longer valid. In this case, the following message appears at the bottom of the page: The value has changed since the last detection of alerts A graph shows the breakdown of the number of absences for the student by month.
