Define the different elements for the selection list. | |||

In the heading, there is the following information: | |||
Sequence number of selection list | Number used to order the selection lists defined by the school. It is required. | ||
Name of selection list | Name identifying the selection list. It is required. | ||
Theme | The pulldown is used to filter the elements of the selection list according to the selected theme. It proposes the choice "All" by default, followed by the different themes defined for the selection list, in order of theme sequence number. | ||
Then, for each element in the selection list, there is the following information: | |||
Sequence number of element | Number used to order the elements within the selection list. It is required. | ||
Description of element | Description of the element in the selection list. It is required. | ||

The association of the element to a theme is
used to group together the elements in the selection list by theme. It is
necessary to first define the themes for the selection list by using the Define
themes command. The pulldown menu proposes the "None" choice by default, followed by the different themes defined for the selection list, in order of theme sequence number. |

Define themes | The Define themes command displays the Themes screen used to define the themes for the selection list. | ||
Filter elements | The command accompanying the Theme filter criterion calls up the elements in the selection list that correspond to the selected theme. | ||
Add elements | The Add command displays the desired number of lines used to enter new elements in the selection list. | ||
Save | The Save command records the changes entered on screen in the database. | ||
Delete elements |
The Delete command eliminates from the
database the elements selected on screen. An element cannot be deleted or modified if it is used in a student form for a data associated to the selection list and for which the "other" selections are not authorized. |

Undo | The Undo command cancels the changes entered in the page. | ||
