Selection lists | |||
Objective | |||
Define reference tables in order to facilitate the selection during the entry of data in the student forms. These lists of values can be established for all desired data (e.g. objectives, means, etc.). In accordance with an option specific to the data in the form, the choices will be limited, or not, to the values in the selection list. | |||
Data | |||
The page shows all the data for which a selection list has been defined. For each selection list, there is the following information: | |||
Sequence number of selection list | Number used to order the selection lists defined by the school. It is required. | ||
Name of selection list | Name identifying the selection list. | ||
Actions | |||
Add selection list | The Add command displays the Elements of a selection list screen used to create the elements of the selection list. | ||
Access selection list | The command displays the Elements of a selection list screen used to modify the elements of the selection list. | ||
Save | The Save command records the changes entered on screen in the database. | ||
Delete selection lists |
The Delete command eliminates from the
database the selection lists selected on screen. Deleting a selection list automatically entails the deletion of the elements and themes defined for the selection list. A selection list cannot be deleted if it is associated to a data in a form. |

Undo | The Undo command cancels the changes entered in the page. | ||
