Objective | |||
Define the properties of a data of Student data type. This type of data is used to insert the student's identification or school data in the form, in consultation. This is data from the GPI database. | |||
Data | |||
Sequence number of data |
Number setting the order of presentation of the data in the table displayed at the bottom of the section page. It is required. | ||
Name of data |
Name identifying the data (its title). It is required. | ||
Display name |
Font style and height in pixels of the display name : - font style : <None>, Normal, Bold, Italic, Bold italic - font size : <Default>, 8, ..., 72 pixels |

Data layout |
Position, dimension and alignment of the data name and the data. See Section screen. | ||
Student data |
The pulldown menu is used to select the student data to be inserted in the
form. The choice of a data is mandatory. The possibilities are: - Address - Adult responsible father (Yes or No) - Adult responsible guardian (Yes or No) - Adult responsible mother (Yes or No) - Adults responsible's name - Age September 30 - Age/schooling conformity - Class - Classification - Date of birth - Difficulty - Emergency contact's name - Emergency telephone - Father's name - Grade level - Guardian's name - Home telephone - Homeroom - Homeroom teachers name - Id. number - Individualized Education Plan - In-zone school - Individual - Institution - Interventions journal - Moral or religious education - Mother's name - Number of absences in summary (justified + not justified) - Original school - Permanent code - Plan closing date - Plan opening date - Principal - School - School administrators - School year - Sex - SNS grouping - State of follow-up - Student's name - Student's photo - Summary general average - Telephone at work |

Display mode

Option indicating how to display the text of the data in the section: - Normal - Bold (default) - Italique - Gras italique |

Confidential data |
Option indicating if the data is confidential or accessible to all (box not checked by default). A confidential data will only be visible to the form's authors. It is identified by a red frame. | ||
Context-sensitive help | Context-sensitive help relating to the data. The icon displays the Extended editing screen used to complete the text in a larger area. It will be possible for the form's users to consult the text by using the icon. | ||
The lower part of the page shows a preview of the layout of the data placed in the section. | |||

Save |
The Save command records the changes entered on screen in the database. | ||
Undo |
The Undo command cancels the changes entered in the page. | ||
