States of follow-up |

Objective |
The state of follow-up for the student is a data added to the student's annual
record. It is used to control the progress of the follow-up done with the
student. The Student record function is used to enter the state of
follow-up in the student record and it offers the possibility of searching
for students based on their state of follow-up. The state codes and their
meaning are defined in the present activity in accordance with the school's
needs. The states of follow-up are saved in the GPI "parameterized
school data" table. |
Data |
For each state of follow-up, there is the following information: |
Code of the state of follow-up |
3-position code identifying the state of follow-up. It is mandatory and must
be unique. |
Description of the
state of follow-up |
Description of the state of follow-up using a maximum of 50 characters. |

Actions |

Add states of follow-up |
The Add command displays on screen the desired number of lines to be
used to enter new states of follow-up. |
Save |
The Save
command records the changes entered on screen in the database. |
Delete states of follow-up |
The Delete command eliminates from the database the states of
follow-up selected on screen. |
Undo |
The Undo
command cancels the changes entered in the page. |
