Form categories
Objective
It is possible to define form categories, so that the forms can be classified by subject. All that is required is to associate to each form one of the categories defined in this activity. The form categories are saved in the GPI "parameterized school data" table.
Data
For each form category there is the following information:
Category code	3-position code identifying the form category. It is mandatory and must be unique.
Description of the category	Description of the form category using a maximum of 50 characters.
Actions
Add form categories	The Add command displays on screen the desired number of lines to be used to enter new form categories.
Save	The Save command records the changes entered on screen in the database.
Delete form categories	The Delete command eliminates from the database the form categories selected on screen.
Undo	The Undo command cancels the changes entered in the page.
