Copy a form
Objective
Enter the identification data of the new form to be created from the form selected in the previous screen.
Data
Sequence number of form	A sequence number is proposed for the new form. This number is required.
Code of form	The code of the form from which the copy is made is displayed by default. You must necessarily enter a new code so that it is unique in the school. It is required.
Name of form	The name of the form from which the copy is made is displayed by default. It can be modified as desired to identify the new form. It is required.
Actions
Save	The Save command confirms the creation of the new form with the identification data entered in the page.
Undo	The Undo command cancels the form-copy operation.
