Objective
Manage all communications addressed to the student or the student's parents. A new letter can be assembled from a text model previously defined. The letter may be printed on paper or, as desired, sent by e-mail to one of the e-mail addresses available in the student record (father, mother, guardian or student).
Data
The list of letters existing in the student record is displayed in decreasing order of date. For each letter, we see the following information:
Date Date of the letter.
Title Title identifying the letter.
Authorized personnel First name and family name of the personnel associated to the letter (author).
Actions
Add letter The Add command displays the Letter edition screen used to compose a new letter concerning the student.
Access letter The command displays the Letter edition screen used to consult, modify, print or send the letter by e-mail.
Delete letters The Delete command eliminates from the database the letters selected on screen.
