Printing a form
Objective
Display a blank copy of the selected form in order to print it on paper.
Parameters
The printing of the form is done according to the parameter entered on screen and saved, for each user, from one work session to another:
Print confidential information To include, or not, the confidential data.
The formatting also takes into account the following print options defined au niveau du formulaire:
Print heading This option allow to include or not the heading on the printed form.
Print section Only the sections where this option is checked in the form structure will appear in the printed document.
Page break before section A page break is inserted upon printing before the start of the sections in which this is requested.
Print characteristics
The form is generated without colours. The form name is displayed in large characters inside a frame. The section titles appear with a grey background.

The command buttons and icons that are on screen are not displayed in the print context:
  • Test, Undo, Standard buttons in the heading, Add and Delete (repetitive section)
  • Attach a note, Context-sensitive help, Extended selection
The number of lines presented in a repetitive section corresponds to the Default number of repeats indicated in the section definition.

The form data appear inside a blank frame, without default values, of the width and height specified, if such is the case, in the form definition, or appropriate to the type of data.

The data names in the form are displayed in their cell in accordance with their Automatic line return option (text that can appear over several lines, if required). Also, each data's presentation zone (frame or grey background) is automatically adjusted to the width of the column in which it is placed.
Actions
Produce report The Produce report command prepares and displays on screen the page containing the blank form, ready for printing.
