| For a specific subject, view the results for each of the terms, the competency results when the subject uses this type of evaluation as well as the teacher's comments regarding the subject, if such is the case. | |||

| TERM RESULTS | |||
| The first table shows the student's results in the subject-section for each of the cycle's terms. For each of the terms, we see the following information: | |||

term. If an alert concerning the term result exists at this term for this subject-section for the student, the term result is displayed in the alert colour. |

A legend is displayed, if such is the case, to provide the significance of the grades
present in the term or summary results for the student's subject-section, in order of grade. A legend is also displayed, if such is the case, to provide the significance of coded messages 1 and 2 present in the terms for the student's subject-section, in order of message code. Example : Result A: Beyond expectations, C: Correctly covers Message-1 B: Good effort Message-2 SA: Satisfactory, SV: Requires constant supervision The significance of a grade or of a coded message can also be obtained with the balloon help that is displayed when the mouse is positioned on the data. When an asterisk (*) appears to the right of a value highlighted by an alert, it means that the current value of the data displayed no longer corresponds to the value examined at the time of the alert detection. It could thus be that the alert colour displayed is no longer valid. In this case, the following message appears at the bottom of the page: The value has changed since the last detection of alerts A graph shows the evolution of the student's term results in the subject-section, on a scale of 0 to 100. Only the numeric results are illustrated. |

| COMPETENCY RESULTS | |||
| The second table shows the results for all the student's competencies in the subject-section, in order of competence number. This table is displayed only if the subject-section is evaluated by competency. For each competency, we see the following information: | |||

| Competency results during the cycle (by term) | Result of the
competency for each of the cycle's terms. These columns appear if the
intermediary term results are used for the subject-section's

| Final competency result | Final result for
the competency. This column appears if the final competency result is used
for the subject-section. If an alert concerning the final result for the competency exists for this subject-section and this competency for the student, the final result for the competency is displayed in the alert colour. |
