Authorized personnel's agenda
Objective
Consult the detail of the events that were automatically generated in the personnel's agenda. The generation of these events originates in the entry of data of Authorized personnel and Date types in the student forms, data for which an entry in the agenda was requested in the definition of the form.
Filter
The following criteria can be used to filter the display of events in the personnel's agenda:
Starting from	Date starting from which the events will be displayed. The current date is displayed by default. A blank date means all the events of the school year will be displayed (in this case, the For the X following days parameter must not be completed).
For the X following days	This criterion is used to limit the display of events to a certain number of days (0 to 255) following the date indicated. The number 10 is displayed by default. A blank number means the display of events until the end of the school year. A number of 0 means the display of the events for the specified date only.
Data
The events are displayed in increasing order of: -  Date -  Student's family name and first name Each event is described as follows:
Date	Date of the event.
Student	First name and family name of the student whom the event concerns.
Event	Description of the event. This description is displayed in the colour corresponding to the type of alert associated to the agenda entry that provoked the event.
Actions
Filter events	The command accompanying the filter criteria displays the events that correspond to the values specified.
Access to student file	The command located to the right of each student is used to access the Student record.
